The owner was friendly and helpful, and the place was quiet, about 50 meters from the highway. I had a nice one-night stay. A good option for travelers staying one or two nights, and the hotel was the best.

The rooms were well kept, with clean bathrooms and a geyser. The AC worked well, and the staff were very supportive. It's near the highway, though the road leading there is in poor condition for about 500 meters.

We were close to checking in but decided to leave because we weren't happy with how the place was maintained. It's in a remote spot, and the roads there aren't proper. Accessibility really needs improvement.

6/10
The staff were friendly and supportive, and the newer rooms were very good. The AC worked perfectly in room #102, but its bathroom flush had a problem. An attendant fixed it temporarily, yet it was still an issue the next morning. The hotel is far from the city and difficult to reach without a vehicle, with fields all around and no other building nearby. Only the ground floor was open, with 6 or 8 rooms. There was no water bottle or breakfast included. Given the remote location and facilities, the listed price didn't feel worthwhile.

The receptionist was friendly, though the way they handled questions and responded was disappointing. The hotel is roughly 5-6 km from Nellore in a remote area, and there's no complimentary breakfast. Parking is in an open area outside. Mosquitoes and country pigs were all around the property.
