Hotel Southern Suite

The online listing gave a very different impression from the property I found. I rely on @MakeMyTrip to show verified, quality places, so this stay was far below what I expected from a trusted platform. The rooms were dirty and clearly not looked after, with basic cleanliness missing. That made the whole stay unpleasant and uncomfortable. I hope @MakeMyTrip checks and monitors the properties it lists, and takes the necessary action so other travelers don’t face the same thing. Experiences like this break the trust customers place in the platform. Please don’t promote or display hotels that are so poorly maintained.

I paid ₹2150 including GST for an Executive Room, with complimentary breakfast clearly included in the booking. The breakfast wasn’t provided, which felt misleading. The bathroom flush also wasn’t working properly, and even after I told the staff, they didn’t fix it. The manager’s response was disappointing too. He didn’t deal with the problems properly and seemed negligent instead of trying to resolve them.

The service was poor and nobody seemed responsive. I’d booked an Executive Premier Room expecting something comfortable and spacious, but what I got was extremely small and nothing like what had been promised. It felt misleading and not worth the price. I wouldn’t recommend it.

I found it comfortable for a stay, with a decent location, good atmosphere, and friendly staff. The rooms were neat and clean, with enough space for a couple, and check-in and checkout were easy. They do have dining, though the small snack options could be better. One small thing, the bed or cot made noise and could be quieter at night.
