The view was amazing, especially in the morning, and the food was very good. Staff behaviour was friendly and supportive, and the rooms were clean. Hotel Meghma in Darjeeling has a nice atmosphere and a great location near Mall Road. I had a comfortable, relaxing stay and really enjoyed the experience. I’d love to come back.

We booked our rooms one month ahead, but at check-in they said none were available and offered to arrange another hotel. The rooms at that other place were indescribably dirty, and the blankets were unusable. We had no other option at the time. It was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

The bathroom wasn’t clean, and the room and bed were very poor quality. Staff behavior and service were bad too. It was unhygienic and a waste of money and time. I’d tell everyone not to go to this hotel. I want to give it a negative rating.

We only had about a five-minute walk from the hotel to Mall Road. The food was really tasty, and the staff treated us very well.

A waste of both time and money. The bathroom wasn't clean, and the room and bed were in very poor condition. Hygiene overall was bad, the service was poor, and the staff behaved badly. I was very dissatisfied with the low quality.
