The hotel had a pleasant ambience, with alleys and staircases that mix a rustic feel with a modern touch. Staff were courteous and helpful, and I especially want to thank Pragya for her help throughout our stay. The in-house restaurant served delicious Indian dishes, though the Continental food disappointed and wasn't up to the mark. I traveled with my family in Jan 2026 and booked a Premier room with a mountain view. The view of the mighty Kanchenjunga was incredible, but the room felt a bit smaller than rooms at similar properties for this price. Still, it was a nice stay.

The rooms were clean and the food was good, though the price was high. The hotel itself is nice, but the location was the most frustrating part: you have to climb quite a distance up from the main road to reach it.

We spent a few days here in March, and the stay was comfortable even on cold days. The rooms are well appointed and the staff were very helpful. It's a great location, just a five-minute walk from Mall road. On a clear morning, you can see the mighty Kanchenjunga from the viewing balcony. Thanks for making our stay comfortable.

My parents had a very hard time getting to the hotel from the main road, since the promised pickup service wasn't provided. The rooms were too small, and the staff weren't friendly or helpful. For the price charged, the room experience and service left us very dissatisfied. I wouldn't recommend it to others in this price range. We were very unhappy with the stay.

The staff were good, but the rooms felt cramped and much too small. There's no view from the room itself, so you have to go out to a balcony to see the mountain. Kalimpong Sinclairs is cheaper and, in my view, a much better stay, with more space and better views.
