The hotel is in a convenient location, and the staff were polite and supportive throughout my stay. Mr. Ashish Dewan, one of the managers, and Mona, the Restaurant Manager, were especially cooperative and treated me very well. Their help made everything comfortable and hassle-free. I had a very pleasant experience and would recommend the hotel.

The room had a good view, and room service was good too. Staff were polite. The hotel is right in the busy middle of Darjeeling, so it gets crowded, though the railway station, chowk bazaar, and main market are all walkable. Four-wheeler parking is available but very limited. The rooms are spacious. I found the veg food average, so there’s room to improve it.

We had a lovely last stop on our trip at summit montana. Our room had comfortable beds, quick service, and a great view of the darjeeling hills. The food was amazing, with plenty of options, and the restaurant team were responsive and made us feel comfortable. The hotel is also just by Darjeeling’s main market, with fast-food places and personal essentials about a two-minute walk away. Staff were polite and helpful, especially receptionist Sonija Thapa, who guided us kindly during our stay.

The rooms were well maintained, with large windows framing a great view. Breakfast was good, with Indian and Continental choices, and the staff were very helpful. There’s a ping pong table too, and you can borrow bats and a ball from reception. The Rink Mall location is handy, with everything nearby: about a 10-minute uphill walk to Darjeeling Mall and six minutes downhill to the Darjeeling railway station. A big shout out to SONIJA and the rest of the team.
