Hotel Blue Star

My experience here was one of the worst. Mr mayank was arrogant and didn’t know how to speak to customers. He just kept nodding and seemed not to care how the customer felt. It felt like customer experience means nothing to them in the hospitality industry. Very, very, very pathetic.

There was no hospitality or effort to make visitors feel welcome, just a business minded attitude. The bad experience started at reception, where Mayank was blunt and rude, as though he or anyone concerned didn’t care about the poor customer experience.

The guards were better than the hotel staff inside. No hospitality, genuineness, or politeness, and the staff seemed unprofessional.

It was a terrible stay. The room smelled so bad it felt unfit for a person, and I nearly died while bathing from the smell. I’m a heart patient. There was gutka spit on the wall, the walls were very dirty, and the taps had a lot of dust with no cleaning. The toilet seat couldn’t be lifted for urination by mail. The bathroom door had a 5 inch gap, wouldn’t close, and had rusted iron parts. There were many other problems too, and the main door handle was falling off.
