I couldn't get a proper night's sleep during my stay on 24-25 Jan 2026. I checked in at about 10 pm and checked out at 9:30 the next morning. The AC wasn't working, and there was no fan in the room. When I called reception, they sent the watchman instead of a technician. He said I'd pressed the wrong button and restarted the AC around midnight, but I waited until 2 am and the room still hadn't cooled down. I slept without AC or a fan. This was my second bad stay at Naveen hotel. On my first visit, from 19 to 21 Jan 2026, the washroom flush didn't work. I had to notice the problem and report it to reception before it was repaired. At checkout I asked for a complaint register, but they didn't give it to me. I wrote about the issue on the feedback form, and still haven't had a solution or a customer service call from management. The buffet had plenty of choices, and the food was very good. Our room was spacious, elegant, clean, and comfortable, while the service felt friendly and attentive. Everything was affordable, too. Mango Hotel feels underrated to me, and I'd recommend it to anyone wanting a comfortable stay, good food, and helpful service at a reasonable price.

I had an extremely stressful stay at I Stay Hotel, Mango Hotels Naveen, Davangere, in Room 402 on the fourth floor. I arrived on Sunday, 30th November, and checked out on 2nd November 2025, after two nights of noise and very little sleep. The guests in Room 406, directly opposite, kept their door open all day. From morning to evening they shouted, drank, laughed loudly, and made a racket in the corridor. That evening they brought boxes and cartons of alcohol into the room, and a group kept drinking, talking loudly, shouting, and laughing until nearly 3:00 AM. I raised it with reception several times. On the first night they said they'd warn the guests, but nothing changed and I barely slept. The next morning I asked them to control the group, move them, or have them check out. I was told, “We’ll take care.” The noise carried on through the second day, with the same people drinking, shouting, and sitting outside their room. Security came in the evening, but the guests ignored him. They went quiet for a few minutes, then started again. Even after security visited several times between 12:30 AM and 1:30 AM, the disturbance went on until around 3:00 AM. The next morning they were still drinking and making noise. At one point, as I was heading down in the lift, one of the men blocked the door and wouldn't let me go. I told him I'd call the police if he didn't move. He arrogantly said, “Police call me every morning to wake me up. Call whoever you want.” He only got out after a staff member stepped in. I reported it to reception again, but the staff seemed helpless and took no serious action. Even on 3rd November 2025 around 4:50 PM, after being told to check out, those guests were still occupying the room. How could the hotel allow full cartons of alcohol into a room and let guests disturb the whole floor for two days and nights? Why wasn't anything done after repeated complaints? The staff handled it so casually and unprofessionally. The stay felt unsafe and disappointing, and I didn't get proper sleep for two nights. Management showed no seriousness about the situation. This was one of the worst hotel stays I've had, and I would never recommend I Stay Hotel – Mango Hotels Naveen, Davangere, especially to families or professionals. It seemed to have no discipline, control, or regard for guest safety and comfort. Absolutely unacceptable.

The car parking is very congested. The Classic Room, though, was spacious, extremely clean, comfortable, and well maintained, so I recommend it for a relaxing stay. Breakfast really stood out. I've eaten at restaurants across Karnataka, and the taste, quality, and consistency here were on another level. Every item felt fresh and satisfying. Hasnat was especially polite, attentive, and professional as our waiter. For lunch or dinner, the Roasted Paneer Makhani was delicious, rich, and cooked just right. Definitely worth trying.
