The reception staff were rude and unprofessional, and didn't properly answer my questions. Their careless, disrespectful attitude was the opposite of welcoming. I hope management takes the feedback seriously and improves customer service.

When we arrived, the property said there was no booking under my name, even though I'd booked and had confirmation through Agoda. We had nowhere else to stay and were in a difficult spot, so we accepted the one higher-level room they said was available. They charged the full amount for two nights, ₹6500 per day, which felt like a total rip-off. The room was very average and not worth even ₹2000. This didn't feel like a resort hotel at all. I booked somewhere else in Davangere because the quality was so poor. They refused to cancel the second night because they already had the cash. It seemed like a scam. Avoid this hotel, and don't book through Agoda.

For the price, I expected a cleaner room, but the condition fell short. The towels and bedsheets were visibly dirty, and the restroom wasn't properly maintained. Hygiene is a basic part of a comfortable stay, and better attention to these details would make the experience more welcoming and help justify the cost.

The hotel itself is good, but the hospitality and way of dealing with customers need work. They should improve their communication skills.
