We finally found the lift at the dim rear of Bhavyya complex, after someone pointed us there. Getting to the hotel was stressful, though. At 8 pm on 6/12/25 there was no sign above it, and the ground floor shops didn’t know it was upstairs. Fab hotels’ WhatsApp messages had no hotel phone number, so I couldn’t call to check. We felt cheated for a while. Once we got in, the staff were cooperative and brought things like a bucket when asked. The night itself was comfortable.

The location and service were poor. The TV didn’t work, and in winter the geyser wasn’t working either, so hot water didn’t arrive on time. They also put another customer’s food charge on my bill. I wouldn’t recommend it to vegetarian customers because they serve both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food.

The app’s rack rates are misleading and seem to lure customers with big discounts. The exterior shown in the property photos doesn’t look like the actual hotel.

The room smelled bad and had fungus. It’s beside a boys’ PG, so I wouldn’t choose it if women are staying with you.

The staff were cooperative and the amenities were the best. It’s also near IoN hallmark it park for aspirants. I highly recommend this hotel.
