Auradoon Dehradun - By Leisure Hotels

Breakfast felt a little limited to us, but the hotel Restraunt food and service were so good we didn’t feel like going out to eat. The Hospitality Team were responsive and supportive, and the hospitality overall was next level. It’s newly built and well placed for getting to Dehradun and Mussorie. Worth staying at.

My stay at Auradoon Hotel was one of my best. The rooms felt luxurious, and food was delicious, with in room dining available round the clock. The staff were cooperative, especially Mr. Sonu kumar from Housekeeping, who was polite and helpful. I also found the Tattva Spa session really relaxing. Highly recommended.

On my 3-4 day official trip, I found the facilities made for an easy, comfortable work stay, but the team was what really stood out. Everyone was professional, polite, and attentive, and the food recommendations were great. The culinary team deserves a special mention for the memorable Garlic Palak Sabzi. Thanks to Pankaj (Chef), Daya (Chef), Prashant, Vijay, Sooraj, and Dharmendra for the care they showed. I highly recommend the hotel for comfort and outstanding personal service.

I stayed at Hotel Auradoon in Room No. 208, checking in on 1st January 2026. The property is decent, though I wouldn’t consider it premium given some of the management practices. I had no hot water for a bath despite paying the proper room tariff. Housekeeping told me the central tank heaters are instructed to be switched off around 11:00 AM, once about 70% of rooms have checked out. That seems unfair to guests who are still staying. Should the rest of us have to bathe in cold water because most people have left? I called the front desk several times about it, including Mr. Paramjeet, but the problem was not resolved and there was no effective follow-up. The General Manager didn’t take ownership and seemed mostly occupied with his mobile phone instead of addressing guest concerns. Ms. Tanishka was the one staff member who consistently made sincere efforts to help with every issue, though her efforts had limits when the systems were controlled by management. I’m sharing this based on my genuine stay experience for public awareness.
