An awful stay at Bartwal Guest House. The bedsheets were stained, the room was dirty and smelled foul, and the staff were rude, unhelpful, and unapologetic. Food was poor and overpriced. Bad amenities too. Wouldn't recommend it at all.
2/10
The room was in terrible shape and hadn't even been cleaned after the previous guests checked out. The washroom was dirty and stank, and in the morning the receptionist was asleep when we were checking out. Poor management wasted all our money. Worst experience, and I'll never visit again.
8/10
This new hotel has only recently opened, and the rooms are fabulous. The staff are good, and there's a restaurant just a few steps away. It sits right on the highway on Chakrata Road, about 21 km from Dehradun's main city area at Clocktower. You can book online through the OYO app or other apps. It could be a good option for a comfortable stay.
2/10
Room cleaning and service were really bad, and there weren't enough staff.
4/10
The room was kind of okay, but there weren't any facilities like Wi-Fi, soap, towels, or a TV.
