The rooms were clean, comfortable, and looked after well, and the view was picturesque. We had a lovely time with our family in a warm, peaceful atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever we needed something. Everything felt cared for, and the stay was relaxing from beginning to end. I’d happily come back and recommend it to anyone after a pleasant stay. 😊

We were helped through an unexpected injury during our stay at Dream Coconut Villa Resort, and the manager handled it with real care. He acted quickly, stayed calm, and made sure we were comfortable. He also upgraded our room without charging extra, which mattered a lot at the time. The staff were courteous and responsive too, and the resort has a calm, family-friendly feel. The villas are spacious, clean, and thoughtfully laid out, while the property itself is peaceful and well maintained. It felt like a getaway as soon as we arrived. One thing that could be better is access to the villas: a lift would help older guests, families with children, and anyone with an injury or mobility difficulty. It was a memorable stay, and we’d consider returning.

The food was a real highlight. Everything we ordered at lunch and dinner, as well as the complimentary buffet breakfast, tasted excellent. The paneer butter masala was especially good, and we passed our compliments to Hussain for the chef. Hussain looked after breakfast and the buffet like family, warmly encouraging everyone to try the dishes. He treated every guest that way. Rino at reception was also quick and helpful, making check-in and checkout easy. We were there for one night in January 2025 with our whole family. The rooms were very spacious, and the bathrooms were so large we joked about the long walk from one end to the other. It worked especially well for a family with a baby. The view was breathtaking, and the stay was comfortable. We’ll return whenever we can.

A fantastic holiday stay, whether for a honeymoon or just to enjoy the mountain view. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well kept, and every staff member was welcoming and smiling. Mr. Sakeer Hussain provided great hospitality. Do visit while exploring Munnar.

The property is well maintained, and the valley views are lovely, especially from the valley view rooms. The cottages are good too, with nice views. Food was good, and Mr Hussain and Suresh were friendly and professional. Thanks to them for guiding us with Munnar sightseeing.
