Crestorio Resort & Spa Dehradun

The team at Crestorio made our stay awesome, and I consider the property to be in the 5 star category. Everyone was polite, friendly, supportive, and service oriented, always with a smile. Mr. Anil at the front desk was especially helpful throughout. We were shown to our room and then guided to high tea after staff explained the resort’s amenities, complimentary services, and available discounts. There was a lovely aroma as we entered, a warm welcome, and the welcome drinks tasted good. The property is well built and excellently maintained, with beautiful management and a thorough team where needed. The food was delicious, and the chef prepared it just as we requested. It works for groups of all sizes. In my view, it deserves an upgrade from 4 star to 5 star.

Gaurav Verma deserves a special mention for the warm hospitality and excellent management. Everything was handled professionally, and our family felt genuinely welcome. The resort had a peaceful, luxurious feel that suited a relaxing family getaway. Our rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, and the staff were polite and helpful the whole time. We enjoyed the food and ambience too. It made for a memorable stay for all of us at Crestorio Resort and Spa, and we’d love to visit again. A good choice for a peaceful, enjoyable stay in Dehradun.

The location worked well for what I needed, and the staff were helpful whenever I needed anything. My room was clean and spacious, a comfortable place to unwind. A pleasant stay at Crestorio Resort & Spa, and a nice getaway spot. 😊

Mr Anil handled everything for my brother’s wedding, right down to the little things that came up at the last moment. He was the one person to turn to when there was a problem, and even the room service was taken care of. The whole event went so well that this was a great choice for us. It’s a lovely wedding destination, with a beautiful location, nice ambience, and excellent service. Full points to the resort.
