For a new establishment, everything is functional, and the covered parking is excellent and feels safe. There's also a good restaurant. I'd call this a five-star hotel in a four-star series, and it deserves promotion. I see a few negative comments as of today, but can't understand what issues those reviewers faced. It's a good place with good facilities, and I hope future guests share their own experiences.

The place itself is okay, but the management is very poor. Nothing complimentary was offered, not even a bottle of water. After repeatedly insisting, they gave us regular water and bath soap. The lift and TV didn't work, and room service was bad.

The staff were helpful and carried the luggage, and I enjoyed the stay. The room was clean and good, though the bedsheets were a little dirty. The price was quite reasonable.

I went in just to use the washroom, and the receptionists were arrogant. They reluctantly agreed, treating me as if I were a beggar. The washroom was in poor condition and overcrowded. According to the receptionist, there was only one, in the basement. It was a bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend anyone go there.

It seems like this hotel may have been good years ago, but it’s not being maintained now. I wouldn’t bring family here.
