The rooms were nice, but getting anything from the staff was a struggle. I had to call repeatedly even for a bottle of water, and the TV and Wi-Fi stayed out for all three days. They kept saying it was a technical fault, but never fixed it. The hot water was poor too. And breakfast included? I'd skip that package. It was the worst breakfast experience I've had.
We checked out straight away after breakfast finally arrived around 10:30, poorly prepared and without the vegetables the kitchen had run out of. They'd first said it would be served around 10 after they bought ingredients. Earlier, they had told us breakfast wasn't provided at all, despite our double room being booked with breakfast. The morning meal became a problem again, and we left it. The booking itself was a headache too. I had an online confirmation voucher, but the one person at reception, who seemed to be juggling several jobs, said the hotel had no confirmation and denied being partnered with the booking site. He wouldn't contact their online partner, and said it was on me to prove the voucher was genuine. I spent about 30 minutes chatting with the booking website, including the wait, since nobody answered their office phone. There was no mineral water because they had no supply. A cup of tea cost INR40, which seemed too much for this hotel. The bathroom had no hot water, and the tap cap was loose and fell onto the floor whenever we used it.
The rooms were really tidy, and the service was excellent.
