The rooms smelled bad, the power kept cutting in and out, and there was no hot water. Nobody from the staff came to help. They charged extra for everything and provided nothing; even a 20 rs bottle of water cost 40. The worst experience.

Finding the hotel was confusing and delayed us because Agoda lists it under a different name, even though the actual name is “The Clement.” After we arrived, things got worse. The room and washroom both had a foul, gutter-like smell. We changed rooms three times, but it didn’t improve, and it seemed like drainage might be leaking into the air. When we complained, they just handed us a basic air freshener spray. No Odonil, and no real effort to fix it. The hygiene was awful. The toilet seat hadn’t been cleaned, there was hair and stains on the bedsheets, and the whole room looked neglected. Staff were unprofessional and room service was practically nonexistent. They also gave us tap water while claiming it was RO water, which felt unsafe as well as unhygienic. We later found much better hotels nearby with cleaner rooms and better service for less money. This place wasn’t worth our time, money, or health, and I’d avoid it. It doesn’t deserve even one star.

The TVs work, but their remotes don’t, and switching on the AC didn’t cool the room. There’s no hot water for showers, and I’d rather not even get into the bathroom. The rooms are dirty and nothing around the hotel seems to have been repaired. It’s in terrible shape right now. I’m sure you can find a better place anywhere else.

I booked 15 rooms for two nights for my wedding, but they were extremely unhygienic and there was no hot water. In the morning, all the guests were complaining about the water. Washroom doors were broken, the buckets were filthy, and the mugs were broken. The washrooms looked like public toilets, completely unlike the pictures. I called Mr. Rajiv, who manages the place or is the GM, but he didn’t respond until 12 pm. When I asked at reception where MrRajiv was, they said he had a headache. We came for pleasure, not all this hassle. A very bad experience. Don’t book these rooms.
