The balcony and dining area both had lovely views, which was the one bright spot. Inside, the room was disappointing: it hadn’t been cleaned properly, the bathroom had stains everywhere, and the bed was nearly broken. Room service wasn’t doing its job properly either, and the restaurant area seemed poorly managed.

We felt cheated and wouldn’t recommend this place. We booked online after being told it was a 3-star hotel, but the room wasn’t properly cleaned when we arrived. Towels and toiletries weren’t provided unless we called again and again; after asking around ten times, they gave us one brush and two towels for three people, which they apparently considered enough. Breakfast was disappointing too. The prices are high, but the service is very poor.

The views and restaurant were good, but the room was only okay for the price. There was no geyser or toilet exhaust, and a water bottle cost 2.5x MRP. Getting to Mall Road means a steep walk. At 2000₹+ per room in December, it didn’t feel justified.

This felt like a complete scam. I booked through the hotel’s official website, but when I arrived they said there was no booking under my name. They told me the payment had gone to the old group that had managed the hotel before. They neither refunded me nor made any arrangement. The hotel knows people are scamming travelers using its name, yet, as far as I could see, takes no legal action. It feels like they’re both tied up in cheating innocent people who come here for a vacation with new schemes.

Such a bad experience. There was no staff around, the room had no proper facilities, and it smelled bad. The towels, toilets, and bathrooms were awful. Please don’t buy any coupons: what they promise in the plans for rooms and buffet wasn’t there.
