I had an amazing experience on a recent visit. The food quality was really satisfying, and the hotel sits in a beautiful location. Most of the staff were disciplined and well-behaved. Nikki Pal, a female receptionist, was especially polite and helpful, and very friendly with the guests staying there. I strongly recommend this place.

The hotel is out of town, so you’ll need to be okay with the location. The rooms are good and hygienic, and the service is good too. If the distance works for you, go ahead with this stay.

I booked every room for friends coming to a family function. The staff were good, and the service was prompt.

The staff were rude and unhelpful. Within minutes of check-in, they told my companion to leave the room, with no cooperation or basic courtesy from the hotel team. After we complained about the air conditioning, which didn’t work at all, they showed us another room that was even smaller and just as uncomfortable. Both rooms were incredibly small. We gave up after just a few hours and left to find somewhere better, but they charged a ridiculous amount for that short stay. Terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.
