Hotel Jiva

I had a stressful and frustrating experience at Hotel Jiva, Mussoorie because the reservation was made for the wrong date. I'd requested a specific date, but the hotel's staff booked another one. They wouldn't acknowledge that the error was theirs and tried to blame me instead. I shared call recordings with management that clearly supported my request. Even after reviewing them, they offered no accountability, resolution, or genuine effort to fix the problem. Raveena and Sanjai's behavior and attitude were highly disappointing. They communicated poorly, showed little professionalism, and wouldn't take ownership when I needed help with an issue caused by the hotel. Customer service is fundamental in hospitality, and this hotel failed badly at it. The whole situation could have been avoided if staff had handled it properly. I wouldn't recommend Hotel Jiva to anyone. I hope management reviews its service standards, staff training, and complaint process so other guests don't face the same problem.

The owner and staff are amazing people, and the food was really delicious and clean. The view from the hotel is fantastic. It was a great experience overall.

The hospitality felt genuine, and the team made us feel comfortable and valued throughout our stay. Our room was immaculate, with a picture-perfect view, and the whole experience was one of the best I've had at a hotel. Highly recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

The room was spacious and clean, and the place had a really nice view.
