Hotel Majestic Oak Bush

The breakfast was frustrating too. We asked for an omelette and were told it would cost extra. It's hard to understand why something so basic wouldn't be part of the breakfast spread. At checkout, I asked for just 45 more minutes because it was raining heavily and cold, and I was travelling with my one-year-old child. The room was available and there seemed to be no constraint, but the request was flatly refused, even after I asked politely more than once. There was no understanding or flexibility. The front desk staff, including the General Manager, were shockingly rude and unprofessional, with no basic courtesy. Poor service and rigid policies made this stay very unpleasant. Definitely not recommended.

The rooms felt a little compact, but they were okay. We had good food and a great view from the top. There were frequent power cuts while we were there, though none lasted very long.

The location was handy for getting around, check-in went smoothly, and the food was good. Rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel was well maintained. Staff were very courteous. Great value for money, highly recommended.

We stayed at Hotel DLS Oak Bush during our Mussorie trip from 2nd Jan to 4th Jan 2026. The staff were polite, cooperative, and always ready to help. Clean, comfortable, well-maintained rooms and a peaceful setting made the hospitality feel truly relaxing. Highly recommended!
