The afternoon staff were extremely rude and had no concern for our complaints. We booked Mall Palace, Mall Road, Mussoorie for a family trip in the last week of December, and the stay was very disappointing. The place felt unsafe for kids, with a broken mirror in the room. The bed, doors, and bathroom fittings were broken too, and the bathroom lock had cardboard propping it up. The TV didn't work, and neither the rooms nor the passages were clean. The building and rooms are old and poorly maintained, with basic hygiene lacking. This wasn't family-friendly or worth the money. I strongly advise people to avoid booking here.

You can see all of mussoorie from this hotel's beautiful location, with lovely views in the morning and evening. Service is top notch, and the price is budget friendly too. It's a good one to check out.

The quality left me very dissatisfied. The room and its things, including the bed, blanket, and towel, were the kind of items you wouldn't want to use after seeing them. They gave us torn, used bed sheets and blankets. I wouldn't recommend booking this hotel.

The food was just okay, and getting to the location was difficult. The rooms didn't look like the website photos, and the stay overall fell short of what I expected.

Hotel Mall Palace served us well, and I'd recommend it to families, couples, or groups of friends. The restaurant on the top floor is really good, with delicious food at decent prices. The staff were courteous and polite, and valet parking is available. Every room has a balcony, either a private one or a large shared balcony for bigger groups and families. Its spot right in the middle of mall road is perfect, and the rates compare very well with nearby hotels. The property is a bit old, so it may not suit anyone looking for a lavish, modern building. That's the only downside.
