The parking could be improved to meet the rest of the hotel's standard. Otherwise, the facilities are top-notch, the rooms are consistently clean and airy, and the staff's hospitality is exceptional. As a frequent guest, I've been impressed each time. Highly recommend it for the service alone.

The entrance has a tea and snacks shop open from 5:30 am to 8pm, but there's no in-house restaurant, so plan for that. Sangeeta Restaurant is 0.5 km away, and Trichy Railway station is 1 km away. We stayed two days with family and found the rooms clean and in good condition. The support staff were polite and gentle, and @Sathish and @Ramesh were especially kind. It felt like a safe place to stay with family.

I was there for an event, and nobody had been provided to clean the dining area. Usually the hall provides cleaning staff and the customer pays them, but there wasn't anyone available here. The worst part was that the event family members had to remove the leaves and clean the tables themselves.

The location worked well for me, close to both the bus stand and railway station. My stay was excellent, the room was clean and the staff were friendly and gave great hospitality.

Clean rooms and a very welcoming team made for a nice stay. Mr. Satish was especially cooperative.
