Apple Park Annexe

We've stayed at Hotel Apple Park Inn five times, starting with our first trip in Sept 2023, then Oct 2024, April 2025, July 2025, and most recently from October 22nd to 30th October 2025. We're from Singapore, and the first four visits were pleasant with no problems. This time, I booked room 207, a triple room, two months ahead and specifically asked for four pillows for the three of us. After repeated requests, we still got only three when we reached our room in Trichy. I paid Rs 23,400 for the October stay, and the pillowcases were torn and flimsy. There were mosquitoes flying in and out of the hotel lift. One night, while I was asleep, I woke up to find a small cockroach about to crawl near my ear. Thank goodness I woke before it got in. This makes me question the cleanliness and hygiene at Apple Park Inn. Operations manager VIGNESH's attitude is questionable too. For what we paid, the staff didn't provide the service or experience we expected. We won't stay at Apple Park Inn again.

Check-in and check-out went smoothly, and the staff responded when we needed them. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the place felt safe. Restaurants are nearby, and there is space to park about six cars. A good option for a comfortable stay.

Good for a budget stay of one day. The staff were helpful and provided service when we needed something. The place was neat and clean, though I'd have liked a bit more cleanliness. The bed and rooms are small.

It's close to Chatram Bus Stand and Thillai nagar. A good restaurant is nearby, and food delivery is available, though there's no restaurant attached to the hotel.
