CTS Inn Hotel

We felt right at home here. The rooms were clean, and having a kitchen with a gas stove and fridge, plus a washing machine, made it feel nothing like rented lodging. It was a heartwarming stay.

We stayed one night while attending a family function. It works for a short visit with family and kids, and there’s parking inside for three or four cars. The apartment is a two-bedroom place converted into a homestay, with basic but neat rooms and toilets. Fatima nagar is inconvenient for getting even a cup of tea, and there are no services or facilities on site. Don’t expect service.

The homestay called the day before my check-in and told me there were no rooms, asking me to cancel the MMT booking. The person said MMT would deduct some money and that he would refund the rest only after he received it. When I asked for the full amount back because the problem was on their side, he answered rudely and told me to contact MMT. I still don’t understand why he thought he could decide that a charge would be taken and refund the balance whenever it suited him. MMT did give me a full refund. Their support executive said the homestay had failed to lock the room even though MMT had booked it, though I don’t know how much of that is true. The homestay staff should speak politely and listen instead of trying to brush the customer off and avoid responsibility.

They’re nice and smooth when you’re booking, but the rooms turned out cramped and the AC didn’t work properly. Avoid this place. It doesn’t feel like a legal, professional serviced apartment.
