Breeze Residency

The breakfast spread was a nice start to the day, and the staff were always helpful and smiling. The location near Trichy Central Bus Stand is useful for solo travelers as well as people with grandparents. There’s wheelchair access and designated parking, and the outdoor pool and gym give Gen-Z guests places to unwind. Older visitors may appreciate the clean linens and quiet atmosphere. The rooms and bathroom fittings feel vintage and could use a contemporary makeover. Some furniture is worn out, but the value for money is still solid. It’s a modest, dependable base for exploring Tiruchirappalli without spending too much, and could suit families or budget-conscious luxury seekers.

My husband needs mobility assistance, and the hotel has a ramp from the car drop-off to reception. Everyone, from the front desk to housekeeping, was attentive and ready to help. The rooms were laid out well, and we had a very good experience.

The restaurant food tasted really good, and we enjoyed the service there. The rooms, though, felt quite old and could use renovation to be more comfortable. During our visit the swimming pool wasn’t very clean either. A decent stay mainly for the food, with maintenance and cleanliness needing improvement.

The receptionist, Ranjith, was dismissive and careless, and the whole check-in experience felt unprofessional. Even with simple questions, I got no courtesy or willingness to help, and my time didn’t seem to matter. I’ve stayed in many hotels, but this level of rudeness and indifference is hard to forget. The service was very poor from start to finish. I left feeling frustrated and disrespected, and I’m certain I won’t return to Breeze Hotel, tirchy. They need to rethink how they treat guests. If you value your money, time, or basic dignity, stay somewhere else.
