At checkout, after we had paid ₹2000 in advance for two days, the receptionist asked me to send the remaining ₹675 for the room and three teas to his personal number, even though QR codes were available at reception. He had also said he'd tell me the room charges after I asked several times, then gave me a figure of ₹1300 at checkout. The bedsheets and rooms weren't clean, and the bathroom bucket was dirty. The receptionist said they only provide the borewell water in the Bisleri bottle, and said it with an attitude.

Sheeshpal, the manager, is really good, and the hotel services are excellent. Must visit.

They want to charge for everything, but provide nothing. The reception person had a horrible attitude, and staff treated us like a burden instead of welcoming us as guests. I've read reviews where people raised the same concern and the owner promised to address it, but the attitude is still there. It seems they're least bothered about giving guests a family atmosphere. Think twice before booking. Worst hotel in the region, and the worst experience ever.

No hot water, and the bathroom wasn't very clean, with old, dirty pots in it. The room was dirty too, and the bed linen was filthy. We paid 1500 for 10 hours, while the same room was listed online for 965. The room charge for this kind of service is way too high. They even brought us borewell water in a Bisleri bottle. Service and food were both pathetic, the staff were unprofessional, and the room service phone seems to be just for decoration because nobody responded. We're fed up with this hotel.
