I booked through Agoda and arrived at 1130 pm. The room they showed me was poorly arranged, and the other option I asked for was in the same condition. The website pictures are just fake, and the actual rooms are pathetic. There were no basic amenities working: no TV, WIFI, or Geyser. The items were there, but defunct. The only positive was being able to check out at 12 PM instead of 11AM.

The room was filthy and smelled like rotten wood or a bacterial infection on the furniture. Completely disgusting.
