Hyatt Regency Dehradun Resort and Spa

The breakfast cafe was the highlight for us. Everything we tried worked for all four of us, despite our very different tastes, and Bikash, Jeevan, and chef Pradeep seemed to genuinely enjoy their work. Shubham at the front desk was kind too. We came to Dehradun after decades, and the drive in felt congested at first, though we got used to it. The hotel sits against a beautiful hill backdrop. Our stay was relaxing, with spotless rooms, good toiletries, nice amenities and food, and quick responses when we needed something. We wish we could have stayed longer to try the spa and other services, and we plan to return. Thanks to the whole team for making so many guests feel welcome.

The balcony view made the room feel special, and it was tidy and well cared for. The staff were attentive, polite, and ready to help, while the food had good variety and tasted great. Hyatt Regency Dehradun is beautifully designed, with modern interiors, spacious rooms, and a relaxing atmosphere. We had a wonderful stay and found the hospitality first-rate. A comfortable premium stay in Dehradun, highly recommended.

Mr. Harpreet was kind and helped change my room to meet my needs, and the staff did try to make the stay pleasant. Still, I wouldn't call this a five-star property. The decor, cleanliness, and atmosphere fell short. Naukuchia House, the Taj property, is a better benchmark for Uttarakhand.

The staff were among the most hospitable I've encountered at a luxury property. We spent two nights here and enjoyed a lovely high tea by the rooftop pool, with peaceful views, hot tea, treats, and live music from a great singer. Dinner with the family at Range was handled with real care. Bikash and his team deserve credit for that. Later, the fire show and DJ with percussionist at Beyul made for a great atmosphere, and Muskaan made us feel very welcome. We had a great stay.
