The quiet hallways and handy location made it easy to explore the city. Our room was clean and spacious, with a very comfortable bed, and breakfast had plenty of fresh, tasty choices. Everyone from reception to the restaurant was friendly and efficient, and helped us with directions and recommendations. Staying at the justa hollow oak hotel was a highlight of our trip. We can't wait to come back.

The Mall Road in Mussoorie felt crowded and chaotic to me, but staying at jüSTa Hollow Oak made the trip much better. The property is beautiful, and our spacious room was spotless. Staff were warm, professional, and attentive, with great service and cleanliness throughout. If I come back to Mussoorie, this is where I'll stay. Highly recommended.

Nikhil and Rahul deserve special thanks for going the extra mile to look after guests. The staff were courteous and attentive, and made us feel welcome. The location was just right for a relaxing getaway, with delightful food and impeccable service. A wonderful experience from beginning to end, highly recommended.

The hotel is quite far from Mall road, but the views from the property and restaurant are lovely. At high tea, they serve in an open Gazebo with a camp fire, which made for a lovely setting. Staff were polite and helpful, service was fast, and they worked hard to keep guests satisfied. The food was good, and Sanjana at the restaurant was especially kind. I'd definitely recommend staying here. ❤️

We had a good time here with the family. The property is well maintained, with comfortable rooms and amenities, plus a quaint setting and Serene Valley views from all around. Deepak, Sanjana and Pooja provided great service. Definitely recommended!
