The food was tasty, though there weren't many options, and everything else was very good and reasonably priced. I stayed 11 days with my mom while taking exams in dehradun. A few days before my exams, I fractured my leg, so I came to dehradun with it in a plaster. Even though it was called a hotel, it felt like home. The whole staff were supportive and had good people skills. The big, lovely rooms had a peaceful feel, and the hotel had been renovated 2 months earlier. The heaven family treated me with excellent hospitality. It was the best hotel experience I've ever had.

I would never stay here again and would advise others against it. The room was full of mosquitoes and spider webs, the TV cable didn't work, the WiFi never worked, and the food was quite average. The bathroom looked as if a bomb had gone off in it, with leaks at both the toilet flush and shower. The AC never worked either. Check-in was a problem from the start. The owner said the hotel was full and refused to honor my go ibibo booking, saying its discounted tariff was below what he expected to charge. Because it was late and urgent, we paid him at the desk for a new booking. Once we went inside, more than half the hotel was empty. Along with poor hospitality and service, he was a liar too. The room was far below expectations, and the price was way too high for the quality. If the owner reads this, please treat guests with some courtesy and sort out booking issues with the companies before listing your rooms online.

Service was poorly coordinated and always delayed. Even a simple request for bread, butter, and tea took nearly 45 minutes, although there were hardly any other guests staying. The property itself was good, and they were expanding during my stay, but they seemed understaffed.

The rooms were nasty, with stains on the bedsheet, hairs coming out of the sheets, and lots of hair on the floor. For what we paid, basic hygiene was the least we expected. The food wasn't good either, and our 8:30pm order didn't arrive until 10:00pm. The TV showed no channels. Calling someone to fix it involved a complicated set of steps, and it wouldn't work again when we tried them ourselves. My advice is, DON'T COME TO THIS HOTEL PLSS.

The restaurant charges a lot: a 500ml Pepsi costs Rs 60, more than MRP, and tea is Rs 40. In the room, there's no fan regulator, so you can't control the speed. They also use previously used water bottles for the daily room water service. When you book through OYO, they say the OYO Tab isn't working once you arrive, then ask you to book again at a higher price. It happened to everyone.
