There was plenty of space in the gallery and lane to sit outside and relax with friends, and they have rooms with three beds for families. The place was clean, right in the city, and the staff were cooperative. They have a kitchen, though we didn't try the food. The tea and coffee were average. The receptionist was very helpful and arranged a cab to Sankri at a reasonable price.

The pillow looked like this once its cover was taken off. The cleanliness was so concerning that I left and didn't risk staying there. The manager wouldn't refund me, even after I chose to move out because of the way the place was maintained. Don't be taken in by the pictures.

I got a nice room when I visited last year, which is why I'm giving three stars. But after I went out and asked for it to be cleaned, they left the same bedsheet on and didn't even dust. Housekeeping seemed really slow. The hotel could improve its rating if that team put in more effort to improve the place.

The food brought back a lot of memories, and the prices were reasonable. I had a pleasant stay, with lovely views from the rooftop and a warm welcome from reception. The staff were professional. I'd happily stay again if I'm in town, it felt worth the time and money.

The room was fine and the hotel was easy to reach. Bathroom amenities didn't meet OYo standards, and there was no hot water in the shower. Still, for under 1000rs it's good enough for a weekend stay. Privacy and parking security seemed good 👍
