OYO 8983 Royal Inn

The service wasn’t up to standard. Waiters were eating party food behind masks, and washroom hygiene was an issue.

The rooms are decent and the service was helpful. Prices are reasonable, though they get a little steep on weekends and holidays. There aren’t extra features like balconies, a park, or a sitting area, so you’re left spending your visit sitting in the room.

We booked the place for my brother’s wedding and were really happy with the choice. The space is very roomy, the arrangements were good, and the staff were friendly. The dining hall can fit and serve a lot of people at once. It was an amazing experience to be there and take part in the occasion. We were satisfied and would definitely recommend it to others.

There were cleanliness and maintenance problems throughout the hotel. Several bathrooms had faucet issues, AC units leaked into rooms, and in-room service was poor, from supplying water to cleaning. Food was prepared without proper attention to hygiene. They seemed short staffed and usually hired people by the day depending on how many customers they had. The hotel and rooms were poorly maintained. Below average, and I’d never recommend it.
