I travelled with my family and we had a really pleasant, wonderful stay at this beautiful, well-maintained heritage property. The rooms, food and service were all beyond expectations, and everything was taken care of. Thanks to the in-house butler and everyone who looked after us. We were lucky enough to see the first snow of the year too, which made the visit even more special and memorable.

We went to the restaurant and had awesome food, with plenty of great menu options. Driving to the location is a little difficult, but the hotel itself is awesome and has a lot of history.

The food at Staff Cafeteria is excellent, with healthy options, and the staff are friendly and attentive, which makes mealtime a pleasure. Great work keeping the staff cafeteria clean and comfortable. Keep it up!

The complimentary hot water bottles and dark chocolate in the evening are such a lovely idea, especially since most guests explore landour on foot. We also loved the restaurant " Emily ", with delicious food and loads of choices. Try the baked ratatouille and authentic garhawali dishes. We were there on 20th Dec 2025, just me, my husband and our 4 year old daughter. The second day, they kindly upgraded us to a bigger room without charging extra, even though it was peak season and that must have been difficult. The property is in the heart of landour, just a 5 minute walk from char dukaan. One small request: please make a little area for kids. Evenings are bitterly cold, and it's hard for guests with toddlers to keep them engaged.

A brilliant boutique property, worth every penny. The garden has an amazing view, and the staff are kind and very helpful, always going the extra mile.
