The room was so dusty and dirty that it was unlivable, so I had to pay for another place that night. The floor was damaged, the walls were dirty, and the sheets were dirtier than the floor mat. There was no double bed, and the room felt like storage, with an old broken wardrobe and table and no facilities. There was no hygiene at all, and no staff came to help. They refused to clean or provide fresh sheets, then refused a partial refund after I complained. A complete waste of money. Goibibo, please remove this property from your system.
