Our wedding at the pubarnava resort felt magical and was stress-free. The staff and on-site coordinators handled everything professionally, from the floral arrangements to the lighting changes during the ceremonies. The beautiful architecture and lush grounds made a stunning backdrop, and the varied multi-cuisine food had our guests talking long after the celebrations. Our out-of-town family felt relaxed and well looked after in the luxurious rooms, thanks to the attentive staff. Hospitality went above and beyond, and I’d wholeheartedly recommend the resort to couples looking for a perfect wedding venue.

What made the stay special was the warm, attentive staff. shankar , titi ,nandni made us feel so welcome and seemed to anticipate what we needed with a smile. The resort is in a peaceful, breathtaking spot, balancing nature and comfort. Our clean, spacious room was stylish, with a balcony and panoramic views that were lovely for morning coffee. We also enjoyed the well-kept pool, cozy bonfire area, and authentic local dining with plenty of tasty choices. We can’t wait to return for longer.

I attended a wedding at Punarnava Wellness Resort recently, and it was an extremely disappointing experience, far below acceptable standards. The rooms had serious maintenance issues: one bathroom ceiling was damaged and partly collapsed onto the floor. We reported it repeatedly to reception and housekeeping, but nobody acted. Room AC also wasn’t working properly, and our complaints were never resolved. There were long power cuts of 30-40 minutes, with no effective backup, and basic coordination, responsiveness, and professionalism were missing from the service. The staff’s behavior was unprofessional and sometimes confrontational. Electric cart drivers seemed unwilling to help and often argued. The staff also seemed unhappy themselves, likely because of poor internal management, and that affected guests. The food was stale and very poor quality, unacceptable for a hosted event. The pool was filthy, with dirty water, dead insects, leaves, and visible discoloration. We asked 5-6 times for it to be cleaned, but nothing was done. It was unusable and raised serious health concerns. This was one of the worst hospitality experiences I’ve had. The resort failed on service, cleanliness, maintenance, and professionalism, wasting our time and money. I attached photos showing the issues. I’d strongly advise people to reconsider this place for an event or stay.
