I've been a Perl Grand customer for 10 years, and I'm also the proud owner of Kawasaki Dehradun, based out of Delhi. The price has stayed the same for all those years, as have the culture, food, ambience and cleanliness. We always appreciate the Japanese for that consistency. It's a great example of Indian management and hospitality at a great budget. God bless the Perl Grand team. Keep rising.

The bathroom gleamed, and the crisp linens had a faint lavender smell. I couldn't spot a speck of dust anywhere. Cleanliness is the first thing I notice in a hotel room, and this one was impeccable. 👍

Had a great stay here. If you want a clean, good family hotel at a budget friendly price, this is a solid option.

We stayed at the hotel for three days and were pleased with the services. The staff were very polite, and the food quality was very good. Thanks to the Pearl Grand team. I'd recommend others visit too.

You expect basic courtesy at a hotel, particularly from the reception staff. Rudeness and foul language from the staff are completely unacceptable. That sounds like a really bad experience.
