Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, The Savoy, Mussoorie

You can see both the Doon valley and the Himalaya from the hotel, and the food and hospitality are excellent. It’s right at Library Chowk, at the start of Mall Road, so the location is convenient and you can stroll there even late at night. The rooms are awesome, the gardens exquisite, and there’s a kids area with plenty of activities. We loved the bonfire, live guitar, and games afterward.

The meals were a highlight, each one delicious and prepared with care. The Savoy’s hospitality is world-class, but it’s the warm people who make the experience. We celebrated our wedding anniversary at ITC Savoy, Mussoorie, and the team made it personal and memorable. Sumit, Shristi, Shammi, and Fardin coordinated everything so smoothly we barely had to lift a finger. Their effort and genuine smiles made us feel at home. From the moment we arrived, the property’s colonial charm surrounded us. Thank you to everyone for making the day so beautiful. We can’t wait to return.

The pancakes and scrambled eggs were especially delicious, and the portions were just right. It was a fantastic breakfast in a cozy, inviting setting, with friendly, prompt service. Thanks to Chef Arvind and Sumit for being so welcoming and attentive without hovering. I’d recommend the breakfast platter. A little more variety on the menu would be a nice addition.

Our kids had a great time in the play area, which made this a lovely family stay. At The Savoy on 5th January, we were warmly welcomed and found a nice balance between heritage charm and modern comfort. Miss Sonia at reception made check-in smooth and was gracious throughout. Raman, Chandan, and Negi made dining enjoyable with warm, excellent service. Thanks to the whole Savoy team for a relaxing, memorable visit. We hope to come back soon.
