Hotel Jay Deluxe

The front desk staff were very helpful, and I found the hotel good value for money. I was on a quick business trip, and the 24-hour room service was a lifesaver. Wi-Fi stayed stable enough for work, and my tidy room had the basic amenities, including a flat-screen TV and clean toiletries. It’s a busy area, but inside felt comfortable. A good option if you need to stay near the station.

I spent two days here with my family. The central city location made it easy to get all kinds of transportation. Staff were very helpful and easy to reach, and room service arrived within a minute of notifying them. Great hospitality. Must visit.

I stayed here for a day with my family and my three-year-old. I wanted a Non AC room, but none were available, so I booked an AC room. The AC didn’t work, and repeated calls and in-person requests didn’t get it repaired. The sofa and cushion were badly soiled; despite asking several times, they weren’t covered with a white bedsheet. My child touched the dirty furnishings and then put their hands in their mouth, which felt very unhygienic. I should have taken photos to show everyone. I wasn’t given a towel or the other essentials usually provided at a hotel, even after repeated calls. I’d already paid the full amount at check-in, which was a mistake. At checkout, I asked them to adjust the bill to the Non AC rate and refund the difference because the AC wasn’t working. The receptionist had nothing to say and refused to return the extra money. Don’t book here. There are many other hotels in Sasaram, so choose another one.

Nice AC room, and they even provided an extra mattress. A great place with good hospitality.
