After traveling since morning, my wife and I were exhausted and felt we had no option but to stay. The staff took advantage of that. The food was very expensive, and the bedsheet had blood stains. The washroom was dirty, and when we ordered something from outside, the staff didn’t return the extra money properly. That felt wrong and unprofessional. At reception, they said the rooms were good and asked me to pay first. After payment, the room was completely unacceptable. They showed us another one after we complained, but it had very old furniture and bedbugs, which my wife saw herself. The cleanliness was extremely poor, and the rooms weren’t worth what they charge. It was a terrible stay for both of us, and I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

We booked rooms for a group, but had a terrible experience. Vijay Sehgal, who runs the hotel on lease, shifted our booking to three nearby hotels, and all of them were pathetic. He cheated us, behaved like a criminal, and seemed money hungry. The hotel itself was badly maintained, outdated, in a poor location, and had very dirty washrooms with no mirrors. The eating area was very bad too. It was just hell. Please avoid this hotel and Vijay Sehgal at all costs.

We paid 1700 rupees for one night for two people, and it was a waste of money. The bedsheet, upper ceiling, and main door were damaged. The room and service were totally not worth it.

The pillows were dirty, the bathroom was poorly maintained, and there was no geyser. The hotel was very dirty overall. A really bad experience.
