Apartment Tanish Residency By OYO Rooms

My booking was cancelled, and I had to look for another hotel on the spot. Finding one nearby with two empty rooms was difficult. I’d booked two rooms for five adults, one room for three people and the other for two, for 13-15 Feb. When I checked in, I learned the hotel wouldn’t allow three male guests to share one room. We asked the staff to make an exception, but got nowhere. It felt like they wanted to sell us an additional room to make more money. I called OYO too and spent two hours with an agent without getting a solution. OYO was no help when I needed it. Its agents should know which hotels allow three people to share a room and which don’t. I checked in during the afternoon and managed to find another hotel in daylight, but imagine arriving in the evening or late at night. If the hotel then refuses three people in one room, a guest may have no choice but to pay extra for another room. For OYO’s reference, my booking ID was KVYO9871. It was a really bad experience, and I’ll tell my friends and colleagues so they don’t go through the same thing. Thanks.

The resort looks great from the road, and there’s plenty of parking, a nice outdoor area, and a great atmosphere. We booked it for my sister-in-law’s ring ceremony. Indoors, the cleanliness could be better, and the pond was very dirty. The service staff were good and polite.

There was no bottled water in the room, and the sheets and quilts had a strangely unpleasant smell. The rooms themselves were spacious and clean.

The rooms are large and clean, and the staff are good. It’s near the marketplace, so the location is very good. Room amenities could be better, but it’s a good option.
