Please check the videos and listen to the recordings about the noise. We paid 37,000 INR for three days, and it was absolutely not worth it. This hotel doesn't deserve a 4-star rating. Noise came constantly from inside and outside, as there was no soundproofing. The rooms also weren't insulated from sunlight, so daylight came in very early and made it uncomfortable to rest. The bathrooms were moderately clean, but the bedding was dirty. Housekeeping staff were very noisy while cleaning. They later compensated us with a different room, but it was extremely small and uncomfortable, almost like a coffin. The surrounding area had stray dogs everywhere, as well as scammers targeting tourists and directing them to overpriced shops with false claims. The reception staff were the only positive. They were respectful and cooperative. Without them, we would have filed a formal complaint on Booking.com.

The stay felt worth the money, and I’d be glad to mention Sukhdev at reception and Rakhi from management for helping everything go smoothly. The hotel is central, with spacious, clean, hygienic rooms, and the staff were polite and pleasant. It was an exceptional experience.

We especially enjoyed the rooftop at sunrise, and the food was impeccable. For our official trip to Delhi, the hotel’s central location made getting around easy, with local transport readily available. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and Mr.Sukhdev deserves special thanks for handling our last-minute requests and making the stay a good one.

The rooftop terrace was nice, and the family suite had a double bed plus a single bed. The hotel is convenient for RK ashram metro station, though the area can be a bit noisy and the location pushes the tariff up. Staff and service were excellent, and Mr Vikas Gupta was very polite. It’s a decent hotel with a pleasant overall stay; the food quality was okay. Quite a lot of foreigners stay here too.

The location brought a lot of outside noise into the room. The windows weren’t well insulated, so it was constantly audible and made the stay quite disruptive. On arrival, the room also didn’t smell fresh, and I’d suggest using a nicer fragrance. Aside from those issues, I had a good stay: the staff were very hospitable, the ambience felt premium, and both the rooms and restaurant food seemed luxurious.
