The rooms were clean, cozy, and had everything in order, with enough space for two guests. The reception, corridor, and staircase were well kept, and the staff were polite and helpful. Room service and the food were good too. It’s in a decent residential area, and the price was reasonable for a good hotel stay.
The rooms were okay, but the staff were barely helpful and the food quality and taste need a lot of improvement. The other OYOs I’ve stayed at before were much better.
Getting to the hotel meant using rough, broken roads, and the property’s location is bad. The building looks like one of the Mumbai chawl. At reception, the staff member refused to check us in because he wasn’t satisfied with the payment Goibibo had made to him. That shouldn’t be the customer’s problem. He spoke in a shockingly poor way and came across as insane, unsafe, and threatening. Not recommended.
There’s a big hall for marriage activities, with lots of banquets nearby. The Oyo hotel is in Palam, Delhi, about a five-minute drive from Palam flyover. An auto ride to the metro station takes around 2 min, and there are medical, grocery, and food shops nearby, including Indian, Chinese, and Chaat options. Check Oyo rooms for rates and booking.
They provided a fully furnished 1RK room and good facilities. Such a nice place.
