I spent a week here, and it was one of my worst hotel stays. The price didn't fit the room or service at all. Outside noise made it hard to rest, the room wasn't maintained well, and the management felt poor. The food was below average and the menu very limited. I paid for meals but didn't get the food invoice at checkout. They said it would come by email, but sent only the invoice for my extra one-day booking. I called several times to follow up, but the line was busy or nobody answered, and no one called back. Not worth the price, and based on my experience I wouldn't recommend it.

The rooms and shared areas were clean, which added to our comfort. What stood out most was the staff: they were so kind, attentive, and ready to help with our requests, always with a smile. We felt very welcome and had a great stay.

This is a good affordable option in the GK area. The rooms are clean, the staff friendly, and breakfast is great. I especially liked the modern coffeemaker in the restaurant, where I could make my own cappuccino or Americano. Just be careful when ordering an Uber. Enter Bloom Hotel CR Park or Bloom Cafe, or you may end up at a different nearby Bloom Hotel.

I stayed at your property from 29 dec25 to 3rd jan-26 and recently checked out. The rooms were clean, the staff efficient, and the overall comfort was commendable. I appreciated the hospitality and service, and had a positive experience. Thank you for working to make guests feel looked after. I'd be glad to recommend the hotel to colleagues and friends.

Rooms are clean, the staff are friendly, and breakfast is great, though the quality could be better. For affordable accommodation in GK area, this is a good option. There's another Bloom hotel nearby, so take care when booking an Uber. They weren't able to find the route.
