Sheraton Grand Pune Bund Garden Hotel

The restaurant team was efficient and helpful, especially Manager Ajay, who was always ready to assist. We enjoyed the tasty food, and the rooms were clean, with hygienic linens and good upkeep. It’s centrally placed for getting around Pune, which makes it easy to recommend. The railway station is right outside, though, so train horns late at night or early in the morning may disturb your sleep.

The buffet was nice, though a few dishes might have been better hot. We came to dinner a little late, and there wasn’t anyone around that counter, so perhaps that’s why the food had cooled. In the morning, after breakfast, they surprised many of the families with a little dessert bomb. The hotel has an old architectural style, but it’s maintained really well. The atmosphere gives you that royal, old-world kind of stay.

We had a really memorable wedding at Sheraton Grand Pune for my cousin brother. The arrangements were coordinated smoothly, so our family could enjoy the occasion without stress. The elegant, well-kept ambience suited the celebration, and the food was delicious and nicely presented. All our guests appreciated it. From beginning to end, it was a wonderful experience.

INR45,000 was blocked on my card during a business trip with colleagues, while nothing was blocked on their cards. A week later, it still hadn’t been released. I contacted the hotel and was promised a follow-up call with a solution. I’ve now been waiting two days without hearing anything. The customer service needs improvement, and I’d appreciate getting the blocked amount released as soon as possible.
