This place is horrible. The property won't accept online reservations, then tells you to cancel and pay them directly, at four times the price. The owner, Malikarjun, is a pathetic person who doesn't know how to treat guests. He kept asking why I'd booked online and telling me to get out of the hotel. Don't even think about booking this place through oyo or anywhere else because of the price.

I booked through Oyo, and the receptionist first demanded extra money. After I spoke to Oyo customer care, they agreed to give me a room at the listed rate. Once the call ended, though, he gave me a non AC room without a TV, full of mosquitoes. When I complained, he said, “For the amount you paid, this is what you get. If you want a good room, pay me 1k extra.” Pathetic. Stay aware of hotels like this.

The parking is only on -1, and the space is so tight that only professionals can maneuver there. It seems suitable only for SUVs with good ground clearance. A sedan or hatchback may get scratches or dents underneath, which happened to me. The parking guy broke my car's number plate and damaged the bumper, and nobody cared about the damage. The lift wasn't working, so I had to run up and down four floors to get service, and no one came to help. The geyser also didn't work and the team offered no help. After two days of rain, cold water early in the morning was very difficult. You might get an answer if you call support, but if you're unlucky they won't hear you until checkout, and you'll have to rush up the stairs to reception. Avoid these problems and you can manage for one night.

They ask unreasonable rent, yet the place is disgusting and has no amenities. The doors don't even lock, the fan doesn't work, the washrooms are unusable, and the water supply is awful. Worst hotel ever, totally illegal.
