Their attitude was the best part. After the guy at SM Deccan a few doors down the road scammed us, this hotel helped us out, were really friendly, and saved our night. We arrived at 5 am, and they offered a room at a better rate for one night with early check-in. Security also helped keep us from being bothered outside the entrance. Breakfast was included in the very reasonable price, tasted great, and the restaurant seemed popular with locals, judging by how busy it was all day. The room was generally clean, especially the bathroom, but the walls clearly hadn’t been done. There was something that looked like blood on the wall beside the bed, as if someone had sneezed there with a nosebleed. The bedding had some hair on it, and the towel was, well, crusty. In my room, which was one of three, the shower only had cold water. A couple of minor problems, but overall a really friendly hotel that helped us out and served delicious breakfast.

I found this to be the best hotel I’ve seen in hyderabad, with a 100% vegetarian restaurant. The service was the best, the place was clean, and the staff were very cooperative. My children had a great time with the Android TV, and the AC kept us nicely cool. The room walls were decorative and beautiful too. The hotel also offers travel service at a good price, with safe rides and pickup and drop-off. That was my experience.

Staff were good, and they only let guests check in after checking them in person. Still, I wouldn’t recommend taking the complimentary overnight stay Indigo offers when a flight is cancelled. The room was average and the food below average. It felt like a slightly upgraded lodge.

Getting to the airport is easy from here. The shuttle costs Rs 600, though autos are cheaper. Breakfast was a bit of a letdown: it starts at 7, but I was told chai wouldn’t be ready until 8. With my flight at 9, that was too late.
