Bloom Hotel - GK2

I visited to ask about a long-term stay for a friend. I understand rooms may be occupied, but I was disappointed by how the inquiry was handled. No basic help was offered, such as showing room photos or giving guidance. Instead I was left feeling dismissed and told to find the information myself. Hospitality starts before check-in, especially with someone considering a long stay. My conversation with Mr. Lama at reception was particularly disappointing. I felt my concerns weren't taken seriously, and the later apology didn't convince me that the issue had been understood or acknowledged. I kept a recording and believe it accurately captures how the inquiry was handled. I don't want anyone to lose their job. People can learn from mistakes, but accountability and professionalism matter in hospitality too. The contrast was striking because another Bloom property in GK2 gave me an excellent experience that same day. Customer service, attitude, and guest engagement were significantly different. I expect a call from senior management to discuss this, and would appreciate a written apology from the staff member concerned. Guest experience should be consistent across Bloom properties. Without prejudice, govern yourselves accordingly. Thanks.

During my solo trip to Delhi, Bloom Hotel GK-2 felt like a safe, peaceful place to come back to after a long day. The area is convenient, with markets, cafes, and transport nearby, so getting around and exploring was easy. My room was clean, modern, well maintained, and had the basic amenities I needed. Vivek at the front office made check-in smooth and was friendly, professional, and available for questions or travel information. The other staff were courteous and attentive as well, and the service was excellent throughout. I felt welcome and valued here. I'd recommend it to solo travelers looking for a clean, comfortable, safe stay in Delhi.

The staff really made the stay pleasant. Lama a d Anjali at reception, the night staff member, and Rajendra and Amit in the restaurant were all helpful. Chef Amit also prepared a lovely meal tailored to our request. The building could use some work. The lift feels heavy to operate and a bit unsafe for children and older guests. Hopefully management sorts out the small room issues and the lift, because otherwise it’s a pleasant hotel to stay in.

The hotel has a nice atmosphere, sits in a good part of town, and feels like good value for the price. The front desk deserves a mention too. The team was friendly, attentive, and knew what they were doing. I spoke with Vivek several times and found him a real pleasure to work with. Keep it up, Vivek.
