Service was prompt and good, and a service guy can help with basic laundry through a nearby provider, since there's no laundry on site. The rooms are okay but a bit old. Upper floors feel dark and poorly ventilated, and the location is somewhat tucked inside, so keep that in mind.

The food and hotel services were good, and I was satisfied with the stay. Staff were polite and helpful. It's a nice place if you're out exploring Delhi all day and mainly need somewhere to come back and relax. Other places to eat are a bit far away, though I'd definitely recommend it.

The place is well kept, and the staff have professional standards. The attendants are active and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good, especially if you like North Indian food. Having tea or coffee ready in the morning would be a nice extra.

The hotel is tucked into a residential colony, and it wasn't a very good stay. Wi-Fi ran at just 0.5mbps, and there was no set top box in my room. They said they had no solution at the time. I complained to Goibibo, where I booked, and after they discussed it with the hotel, the set top box issue was sorted out. Overall, I wasn't happy with the experience.

The rooms felt stuffy because there was barely any ventilation, and they weren’t clean either. Service was poor and the Wi-Fi was down most of the time. We had no other option, so we stayed in Hari nagar, New Delhi. There are plenty of better hotels nearby on Jail Road. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you’re out of options.
