I booked this very dirty, third-rate hotel for my family recently, and it was a bad experience. The service was awful and the staff arrogant. Please don’t book this place, especially if you’re travelling with family. This is a genuine review, I’m not a hotel competitor.

The location in Karol Bagh is convenient for the metro and nearby markets. Rooms were clean and comfortable, staff friendly, and the service prompt. The food was homely, and it’s good value for the money. Seems suitable for business or leisure stays, and I’d recommend it for an easy, pleasant visit to Delhi.
