The breakfast dragged on so long that four people could be stuck there from 7:30 to 10:30, waiting an hour between servings of two pooris and then for a cup of tea. Even with 90 people booked for breakfast, it was a task for them. We also booked dinner for 180, but after we paid for ice cream with chocolate sauce, they served it without the sauce and said they didn't have any. They had no blankets either, only quilt covers for the extra bed. We stayed two days, and staff still couldn't tell the hosts from the guests. There was no spare key, so every time we needed to open the door we had to call someone. The rooms weren't clean, the WC was yellow, and the flush didn't work. There was just one housekeeper for all the rooms and no room cleaning. Water bottles arrived at 1 pm, and RO water took three hours after we called. I was a bride and asked for tea in the room because I couldn't move around freely in front of my in-laws. They just refused, saying breakfast was being served in the restaurant. I'm exhausted listing it all. If you want to know more, experience it yourself. It may be a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Stupid, illiterate staff. Thanks, but no thanks for the service. I wouldn't recommend this place for anything. Waste of money. One star, or maybe zero.

They asked the DJ to stop at 10:30 and demanded the money right then, even though the agreed end time was midnight. My parents couldn't enjoy their party, and the evening that should have marked their 25th anniversary became an awful memory. The manager seemed desperate for money. We'd arranged for soup and coffee for all our guests, but nothing was served despite repeated reminders. The washrooms were dirty and stinking, and even after I showed the waiter ten times, nothing changed. There were other flaws at the venue too. We curse ourselves for booking it. Our plans to enjoy the party were ruined, and the whole thing was embarrassing. If you want your mood and party spoiled along with your money, you could consider this place.

The front desk staff were friendly and addressed the concerns we raised. The hotel is very close to the metro, though breakfast was average with few choices. I heard other guests say their AC wasn't working and they had water problems. There's no Airtel or jeo network in the rooms, and the hotel WiFi wasn't working. Thank you.

Staff only handed it over after a long discussion on the day, by which time it was too late for us. The service during the function was poor, and the food tasted bad. Snack quality and quantity were inadequate, so many guests left without eating any. A waste of money, with poor service throughout.
